Hello!

In order to do motherhood well, we must stay connected to God in order to receive strength and wisdom to live out this crazy wild ride called life. He is at the center of everything I do and I aim to please Him with my role as a wife and a mom.

My name is Shanelle Geer and I am from South Bend, IN. I married the best man around and his kindness continues to inspire me. I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl on August 19th, 2019 and I love her to pieces!

The purpose of this blog is to shed an authentic light on motherhood from my perspective, in hopes to encourage other mothers. It’s sad to see all the polished photos of “motherhood” on social media, and none of the nitty-gritty stuff that takes place from day today. I also like to post about everyday “mom stuff” and share my journey of motherhood and homemaking with you! Motherhood is a gift from God, and I hope to display that for you all through my life as I take on this journey with God’s help.
